We make every garment when you order it. We will fix a size misfit. We cannot fix a changed mind.

Days from delivery
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a size exchange. After 7 days, the window closes. The exchange is for size only — not design, not colour, not preference.
A-WAG is make to order. We do not hold inventory. When you request a size exchange, we make the replacement garment from scratch in your correct size and ship it to you. This typically takes 7–10 working days from the moment your exchange is confirmed.

We exchange for size misfits only. If the garment does not fit the way you expected based on our size chart, we will exchange it. The garment must meet the following conditions:

The process is simple. We want to resolve it in one exchange, not a back-and-forth. Please read the size guide before requesting.

Ask us before you order. That is the right time, not after. Every garment we make is made for you — it is faster for both of us to get the size right the first time.
Message us on WhatsApp or email before placing your order. We respond within a few hours. Tell us your chest measurement in inches or centimetres and we will tell you exactly which size to order.
